ALLDOS OCEANIA - POLY DOSING AND CHEMICAL FEED PANELS
MPA was asked to design, build and factory test 22 switchboards for Polymer Batching Systems, Polymer Dosing Systems, Unloading Panels and Chemical delivery systems for the Tugun Desalination Plant commisoned by Gold Coast Water.
All 22 switchboards utilised the Siemens ET200M redundant remote I/O to provide distributed I/O to the main plant PLC. The systems utilise 24VDC to permit future access by non-electrical personnel, and in particular PLC programmers who may not possess appropriate electrical licences.
The systems provide controls for transfer pumps, mixers, dilution valves, dosing pumps, level instruments, flow meters and other equipment required for Polymer Batching and Chemical Dosing Systems.
